In order to review information regarding job opportunities
for which The Hartshorn Group is currently recruiting,
you must first review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy,
which are set forth below. You should then complete
the registration form and click on the "submit"
button. A password allowing you access will be e-mailed
to you. Your e-mail address will be your user name.
TERMS OF USE / DISCLAIMER
This Web site ("Web Site") is a service made
available by D.E. Hartshorn, L.L.C. d/b/a The Hartshorn
Group, Hartshorn Services, and their respective Divisions,
(collectively "THG”). By using the Web Site,
you agree that all content, information, images, software
and all other material provided on and through the Web
Site ("Content") may and shall be used solely
under the following terms and conditions ("Terms
of Use").
- Web Site License. As a user of this Web Site
you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable,
revocable, limited license to access and use the
Web Site and Content in accordance with these Terms
of Use. THG may terminate this license at any time
for any reason.
- Limitations on Use. Use of the Content on this
Web Site is limited to lawful business purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, rent,
lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative
works from the Web Site or the Content. You may
not use any network monitoring or discovery software

give THG written notice of such link, and (c) you
discontinue providing links to this Web Site if
requested by THG.
- Registration. Certain sections of the Web Site
require you to register. If registration is requested,
you agree to provide THG with accurate, complete
registration information. It is your responsibility
to inform THG of any changes to that information.

specifically designated otherwise on the registration

- Unlawful Activity. THG reserves the right to
investigate complaints or reported violations of
the Terms of Use and to take any action it deems
appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting
any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement
officials, regulators, or other third parties and
disclosing any information necessary or appropriate
to such persons or entities relating to user profiles,
e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials,
IP addresses, and traffic information.
- Remedies for Violations. THG reserves the right
to seek all remedies available at law and in equity
for violations of these Terms of Use, including
but not limited to the right to block access from
a particular Internet address to THG’s Web
Site and features.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of
Use are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without
reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree
that the Courts of New Jersey shall have jurisdiction
over any disputes arising out of the use of the
Web Site.
- Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use
incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and any
notices contained on the Web Site. They constitute
the entire agreement with respect to access to and
use of the Web Site. If any provision of these Terms
of Use is unlawful, void, or unenforceable then that
provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining
provisions and shall not affect their validity and
enforceability.
- Modifications to Terms of Use. THG reserves the
right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
Updated versions of the terms of use will appear
on the Web Site and are effective immediately upon
posting. You are responsible for regularly reviewing
the Terms of Use. Continued use of the Web Site
after any such changes constitutes your consent
to such changes.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Hartshorn Group (“THG”) recognizes the
legitimate and reasonable concerns users of its Web
Site have regarding the privacy of the personal and
contact information (collectively “personal information”)
that they submit to us. Our privacy policy is set forth
below.
- THG does not resell personal information to third
parties.
- THG does disclose personal information as may
be required by law or in the course of reporting
any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement
officials, regulators, or other third parties.
- The ultimate goal of gathering personal information
is to facilitate job searches and present the candidate
to potential employers. Accordingly, THG will share
the personal information provided with its employees
and agents for this purpose and will contact you
regarding job opportunities. Moreover, THG will
share the personal information you submit with potential
employers for the potential employer’s consideration
when making staffing decisions.
- THG reserves the right to use personal information
to periodically contact or correspond with you,
by e-mail and otherwise, on matters concerning THG
and its services. THG may also use this information
to correspond with you regarding job-related events
(such as job fairs) and articles, newsletters, commentary,
and messages concerning business and employment-related
subjects that may be of general or specific interest.*
- To the extent it deems necessary, THG may share
personal information with individuals who the users
of its Web Site identify as personal or business
references.
- To the extent THG deems it necessary to obtain
the services it has requested, THG may submit personal
information to its vendors, such as payroll services,
medical benefit providers, and insurance companies.
- THG may report general demographic data regarding
candidates who have registered with us, to our clients,
to marketing companies, or as otherwise may be required
by law. You may be contacted by marketing companies
for the purpose of candidate/client satisfaction
surveys and providing you information regarding
THG and its services.
- THG may use “web beacons” to collect
anonymous information and log users of its web site.
Web beacons do not access personal information.
Their use allows THG to monitor the preferences
and behavior of users.
- THG also may use “cookies” on its
web site. Cookies are small text files of information
that attach to a user's hard drive while the user
is browsing the web site and store information regarding
the user, such as user ID and preferences. There
are two types of cookies used, “Session ID”
and “persistent” cookies. Session ID
cookies terminate when the user ends the session
by closing the web browser. Persistent cookies are
stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer
for an indefinite period of time. Users who do not
wish to receive cookies should adjust the settings
on their web browsers accordingly, but be aware
that this may affect their ability to use the web

linked to THG’s web site may not adhere to

THG incorporates the Terms of Use set forth on this
Web Site.
*OPT OUT. Candidates who
do not wish to receive these types of communications
from THG may opt out at any time by deregistering. To
deregister, e-mail us with your name and password and
ask to have your name removed from the list of registrants
who may access the listing of job opportunities.
