EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHIES

DIANNE HARTSHORN, CPC. Dianne is the President of The Hartshorn Group and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. She attended Rutgers University and the College of Saint Elizabeth. Dianne founded The Hartshorn Group in 1976 and is a recipient of Morris County’s Small Business Person of the Year Award. For over 30 years, Dianne has been active on various committees of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Chamber's Board of Directors and as an Ambassador for the Chamber. She was a founding member of the Chamber's World Trade Center Job Relief initiative. Dianne also serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morris, Bergen and Passaic Counties.

WILLIAM J. VONDERHEIDE, ESQ. Bill is The Hartshorn Group’s Vice President of Marketing and heads up its Legal Search Group and Temporary Placement Division. Bill graduated with High Honors from Rutgers School of Law and practiced law for thirteen years at several of New Jersey’s most prominent law firms before joining The Hartshorn Group. Bill’s experience in the legal community is complemented by his years of business experience with some of the regions largest and best known corporations, such as Schering-Plough and American International Group. Having been “the Client” for many years, Bill has an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
