13. Remedies for Violations. THG reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to THG’s Web Site and features.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the Courts of New Jersey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the use of the Web Site.
