The Hartshorn Group (“THG”) recognizes the legitimate and
reasonable concerns users of its Web Site have regarding the privacy of
the personal and contact information (collectively “personal information”)
that they submit to us. Our privacy policy is set forth below.
- THG does not resell personal information to third parties.
- THG does disclose personal information as may be required by law
or in the course of reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law

job searches and present the candidate to potential employers. Accordingly,
THG will share the personal information provided with its employees

potential employers for the potential employer’s consideration
when making staffing decisions.
- THG reserves the right to use personal information to periodically
contact or correspond with you, by e-mail and otherwise, on matters
concerning THG and its services. THG may also use this information
to correspond with you regarding job-related events (such as job fairs)
and articles, newsletters, commentary, and messages concerning business
and employment-related subjects that may be of general or specific
interest.*
- To the extent it deems necessary, THG may share personal information
with individuals who the users of its Web Site identify as personal or business

have registered with us, to our clients, to marketing companies, or

companies for the purpose of candidate/client satisfaction surveys
and providing you information regarding THG and its services.

and log users of its web site. Web beacons do not access personal
information. Their use allows THG to monitor the preferences and behavior
of users.
- THG also may use “cookies” on its web site. Cookies
are small text files of information that attach to a user's hard drive
while the user is browsing the web site and store information regarding
the user, such as user ID and preferences. There are two types of
cookies used, “Session ID” and “persistent”
cookies. Session ID cookies terminate when the user ends the session
by closing the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the hard

*OPT OUT. Candidates who do not wish to receive
these types of communications from THG may opt out at any time by deregistering.
To deregister, e-mail us with your name and password and ask to have your
name removed from the list of registrants who may access the listing of
job opportunities.
